All games are 7minute Blitz , No Bases , Ponder OFF, 512 hash
4 x 3.4 Ghz , 64 bit

Sicario 3 = Houdini 1.5a x 64
Atlantis 7.8 = Houdini x64_15a_x 64 B

Had hoped for better as the first two Sicario books were excellent
Two excellent book makers ,we suspect the difference being they're books Beta testers

next we test Sicario 3 vs Bolero 7.5

Sicario 3 = Houdini 1.5a x 64
Bolero 7.5 = Houdini x64_15a_x 64 B

Few more games as these two books are about equal , surprising as atlantis and Bolero tied in there test , different books , different openings different results

we make no claims as to tests other that they are honest and that 7 minute blitz gives a far more reliable insight to the books strengths (and weaknesses ) than ridiculous 3 minute tests do

Atlantis7.8 , Bolero 7.5 and Jihad 3.2+ are as yet unreleased versions , the books will be stronger when made public so games not supplied

I test my engine at 5 min in blitz, is that ok?

Relatively speaking ..
It is OK , its better than testing at a lesser time , in our opinion testing with an increment and NO book NO bases is the best way to really stretch engines

Thanks Bettina for taking your time to test Sicario 3. I really appreciate your job. It would be more fair if you test it against books versions that are available but it's ok. I'll be posting Sicario updates when they become available.

More fair to thank "B" who conducted the tests

Though unreleased all 3 books she tested were made BEFORE you posted your book here so the tests were COMPLETELY fair , to have tested vs books made public some days before you released yours would have been less fair

We do not usually make such tests public , only the makers of books entrusted to us normally see the tests and of course only they receive the games , usually several hundred such games

I started my post saying " Thanks Bettina for taking your time to test Sicario 3" and then added "I really appreciate your job." If more thanks are need it here we go ... MUCH THANKS Bettina. Moreover I'm pretty sure that the test were conducted in a fair manner just that Beta books are constantly updated therefore has advantage over public releases in my opinion. See NO controversy here.

i am NOT "B"

NO advantage as these books are NOT constantly updated ( Much to our annoyance ) we often see same books we test made public despite sending the makers several hundred games showing the books weaknesses , we get another beta book sent , they get abuse >>>

you must test all books to know which are the strongest before testing yours vs those that are the strongest , your list of strongest books is simply outdated

Sorry for the confusion. I thought that "B" stands for Bettina. All the thanks to "B" then. You're right the more you test a book against others the better you can see its weakness. You don't know me well yet but time will show that if you sent me a book and ask not to published, NOT even God will see it without your authorization. Hopefully we will exchange more ideas that will mutually enrich our experiences in this subject of opening books.

The girls do not make books and are given books to test because they do not share such books so cant send you any to incur the wrath of your God

They are probably the best of testers , certainly the best at finding any books weaknesses , send them a pre release update and see for yourself how good they are
they don't make books so wont plagiarize your books best lines like "certain " ******s testers
