It's free
REBEL 13 is the successor of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] (2003) twelve years later and 12 yeas after the programmer of REBEL retired from the competition and commerce. ProDeo 2.0 is estimated 200-250 elo points stronger than REBEL 12 but that's not the main reason of the new REBEL release.
 
REBEL 13 is about offering the complete released work
of the REBEL programmer.
A collectors item.

The latest ProDeo 2.0 engine (Winboard and UCI compatible) which you can run in multiple Interrfaces, among them the freeware [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
 
To run ProDeo you will need to announce the engine first.
 
Under Chessbase this means: Engine -> New UCI engine -> Browse -> RebelUCI.exe
 
Under ARENA do: Engines -> New Engine -> UCI -> RebelUCI.exe
 
Under ChessPartner do: Extra -> Engine Import Wizard -> Winboard -> Install -> ProDeo.exe
