It is a next part of my project.
Sting is based on an old version of Stockfish (2.1.1) and is not an ELO-gain challenge.
I try to prove that engines can solve some deep and tough ("logical") positions without tricks ("null move search" disabling, Monte Carlo, tablebases, "rule 50") and an artifical intelligence. More, it is possible wiith saving ELO level.
I think I hope that I diagnosed now all the possible reasons leading a search of the best move to nothing and I prepared some needed tools (code).
Of course, I can't promise that Sting-sf-6 is able to solve all the difficult positions just now.
But, I believe that a next version of my project (some questions needs my work yet) will do it.
