[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The facts are that Houdini 2 is
stealing information from a computer without the user being notified
prior or giving conscent for this action to take place.
To give a brief histroy. Blizzard Entertainment Inc learned a hard
lesson years ago from stealing computer information from its would be
users of Starcraft. A game they produced. This was a clear violation of
the law and subsquently lead to legal action against the company. I do
not remember if they had to settle out of court or lost in court but i
do know that it was not good for them. In the end they eneded up as
loosers.
If this is true that Robert Houdart is doing this. He can and will most
likely be sued and He will loose miserably in a court of law. He needs
to correct the problem and stop being a jack ass.
