mothers maiden name, the ? is self explanitory , the ¿ ones reason is
two fold , upside down is used by certain other nationalities of which
Bettina was closely associated with ,ie Adan Kashoggi. its also used as
the compilers do not allow an ordinary ? to be used when naming compiles
She is of course also her namesake the engine, named both to honor her and send out an S.O.S to her or any that knew / know her

We are eternally grateful to our compiler and would like to make certain things known about the actual compiles..
