I first attempted a bunch of changes to try and enhance performance this
week but the time is just too little to be sure if any improvements,so i
kept the source exactly the same as Ivanhoe B46fa with the only change
of fixing the bug i added with the extra combo boxes (menu's).

It works fine now in Aquarium and shows the correct default value of the
combo box and also works fine now in Shredder Classic GUI.

I will say again,i will call this is a mod of the original Ivanhoe 46f
source.I am not the author of this source.I just compiled it and made
some small changes which i mentioned in my Ivanhoe B46fa post and this
one.The real authors are the Decembrists and all those clever guys from
the Ippolit wiki.

I think this will be the last compile for me this year since this is a
busy month at work and with the family,and a time to share and be joyful
and not stress about chess compiling
