our point is that chessbase have hired a totally biased so called independent expert to obscure facts re rybka and itself and our forum post facts that some forums notably ccc are now hiding in subforums the general public cannot access
this so called independent expert is not only a moderator on rybka forum he was actively participating in the rybka team in Paloma . most of what hes written is not only completely biased it is inaccurate and a clear attempt to discredit legitimate judgements as to rykbas plagiarized codes
