Seems the compile is not using Popcnt properly on sse4.2 systems.Perhaps it's got something to do with the changes made that removed the popcnt auto detect at runtime.
Now there is a sse4.2 version for Windows 7 and Windows XP needed
and a Old_locks and a normal one as well.
That makes 4 compiles if everyone is going to be happy with it.
And the another 4 for 32 bit compiles.(*if you gonna use popcnt for 32 bits also,although this was not used previously as far as i remember when using 32 bits)
Okay so perhaps not 4 compiles needed for 32 bits...
Was much better with a universal popcnt detection compile like StockFish used to be,there only the old_locks and the normal ones were needed.anyway... So now 8 compiles(perhaps 6,read *) needed instead of a possible 4 compiles.
