Interestingly, at the end of the story, was banned only thesicilian11 (from India), but, it is obvious who has been started with all of this...

About the banned users:i warmed them to stop,but unfortunately they continued attacking....
For right now i will make a compromise,just because his book is a participant

AFAIK, he uses such a vocabulary for years, I think there is no chance that a person like him can change overnight his behavior, but, after all, it's your tournament/chat room...
But personally..., I think it was not fair and right, go out members from the chat room (thesicilian11 and darissmus), and protect member italian81, after it became completely clear, that he was the one who began provocation and used the most vulgar words and curses...; etc, etc.
As you could see, he still continued with their provocations in the chat room:
