At the time it was posted yes at least under certain test condition re length of games ; time etc . whether it will be vs the latest SF devs is another matter , run an engine test yourself at the conditions you normally play yourself as that's really the only way to know
Remember CF is SF but tuned differently,,, hence it being a fork
