Changes

Added an option to allow Automatic Time Management with default value = True (Enabled). This option allows Eman to do three things which will make the engine to maximimize its thinking time to the last second

Detect and apply the actual Move Overhead value for the server you're playing on, therefore, the configured Move Overhead (ms) is ignored completely
Adjust Slow Mover by comparing own time to opponent's time. If the engine time is more than the opponent time then Slow Mover is incremented proportionally to a maximum of double the configured value. If the engine time is less than the opponent time then nothing is done (the configured value of Slow Mover is used)
Detect the move increment if none is supplied. This is important in the case of some GUI's where the move increment is omitted from the go command (such as InfinityChess GUI).
