A new option called Use Classical Evaluation is added to allow enabling or disabling classical evaluation, also the option Use NNUE was renamed to Use NNUE Evaluation
Those two options control how SugaR evaluates positions during search. At least one of those two options has to be enabled. The default is to have both of them enabled.
If both options are disabled, or the NNUE network file isn't found then SugaR will print an error message and terminate
