| http://www.multiupload.com/V6TYZXOF90" A week-end of debugging with the ending test suite has lead to solving two different issues: - a SMP bug (more prominent with more threads); - a hash collision bug (more prominent with smaller hash tables) You can now download a x64 8_CPU development version (246 kB) which corrects both issues, and also implements the work-around for the Shredder GUI incomplete FEN strings. I have good hopes that this version will bring the 4/8 core stability to a significantly higher level. | Houdini is doing some good short matches versus the top engines.
There are not games not enough in these tests but will do a big one tonight and post it tomorrow.

| Angel and her sister used the popcount 4 core version from previouse post yesterday in REAL 20 minute games vrs others on chess site and it was so slow that they had to repeatedly change engines or lose on time . it was 5 minutes behind other comps at that level. ivanhoe is a good 15% faster | |
