| I download IvanHoe999953.7z from http://chess.cygnitec.com/engine/ivanhoe/,I compile the source with vs2010, and the engine shows "Capitalist multicore mode compiled" but the default engine from IvanHoe999953.7z shows "Multicore Enabled". it seems that the default engine is not complied from the source. why? | |

Very good question..Vlad0 said the same of KLO 999955 engine did not come enclosed source code release and posted on open_chess for KLO to state what hed changed,,,KLO never answered

BTW, the default engine from IvanHoe999953.7z seems very strong by my test, this is why arm i interest in its source code.

It is as strong as Vlad0s i think ,or not far off, but what he adds to decemberists i dont know but its very likely something from earlier codes or stockfish and probably compiled with intell compiler as vlad0 now uses to make his compiles faster but still useable for both intell and AMD users

| btw, the source doesn't compile for unix system because it use some windows constant like SHM_HUGETLB Is there a special version for unix or some parameter to compile i t? Zobrist_init.c:28: error: ‘SHM_HUGETLB’ undeclared (first use in this function) Many thanks for help  | |
