Yesterday I've succeeded in compiling the stable 52bU with SLAB_MEMORY.
So now this compile must be equivalent to KLO's 9.52b in strength (the only difference
being the auto detection of cpus, popcnt and RB). This night I ran standard 200 blitz
games of this compile with KLO's 9.52b. The result:
1 Ivanhoe 52bU-x64 +12 +33/=140/-26 51.76% 103.0/199
2 IvanHoe 9.52b x64 -12 +26/=140/-33 48.24% 96.0/199
The only "no move" crash was due to KLO's engine.
. I excluded from it
fictitious yet UCI option "Styles".
PS In fact, one can not conclude from the above result that my compile is stronger
than that of KLO. The first 100 games KLO's engine was leading:
1 IvanHoe 9.52b x64 +18 +17/=70/-12 52.53% 52.0/99
2 Ivanhoe 52bU-x64 -18 +12/=70/-17 47.47% 47.0/99
