I've just uploaded on Immortal's a new version with successful new TM (attached).

save IVH from heavy defeat in bullet matches with Houdini on slow comps
like mine (1500 Kns). But I hope that at normal TC (1 min or more) Houdini
will be defeated even by IVH with this -- very rough -- version of TM.
I plan to enhance TM for more subtle control of TC.
I do not know yet whether it is really stronger than Houdini (one needs more tests to do). But the results of 2 standard 200 games 1+0
