No , but it is not as strong as it would have been had it been tested fully then retuned before becoming public. we ( Angels 77 , mainly "B" ) have tested for this series since Atlantis 4 and when Oleg has been patient enough to wait and retune the books have been very very strong, occasionaly at first he was impatient and the books released without retuning , those were not as strong
this one is well above average , but not as strong as it would have been had we tested it and he had retuned before releasing
you can see in tests and tournaments how strong his last Beta book became
