Ivanhoe-B modB4 64&32 bit cpu auto detect + can change number of cores

Only 64 bit? I can't use it, my system is 32 bits...

Hi, I am testing it vs my "champion" in one core, Robbo 0.09 (he won vs firebird 1.2 and Robbo 0.085g3).
Ivanhoe is losing
+1 =15 -6 (-80 ELO)
Why is the old Robbo better than the newest versions of Firebird or Ivanhoe in one core?
There is an engine better than 0.09?

EDIT: Tests - 5min / Noomen Suite / Alternate Colours (60 games).

Robbo and Iggorit o9's were the very best of the old engines and are the strongest sp engines in the world and the first to realy slap rykba 3 about , the new ivans ..v63's are better able to realy knock rykba 3 all over chess board,,as for the robbo ivan will beat it ,you need to let games run ,,ie more games
ivan is made to defeat rykba its not aimed at its own family nor at sp engines ,,,, but let games run on ok :)

Ok I will stop the match (+7 =18 -1) and begin another with the engine of the link. I wil post some results before going sleep.

I will make a double post (:S) but I downloaded the "engine" and is .pgn and I renamed it and Fritz said Access Denied (Acceso Denegado). If it's not easy to make it work it does not matter it only was a hobby I will do other tests there is no problem.

yuris the only one that still has thos as top 3 results , i tested and leonardo v63 beat iggorit and it a missprint as it was the 9th version that was strongest not the 8th ,,see naum 4 as ivan hoe post ,,,ivan renamed as naum 4.1 showed as v8 but its vr and loses to new ivan v63 ,,vlads compile by leonardo ,, your is as good so should also beat it

IvanHoev63 beats ALL other engines ,,end of story

certainly v63 beats iggoritv9 which was incorrectly named , i have not got the Robbo o9 but would be pleased for a link to retest it . i recall it did beat rykba 3 but narrowely so .

Will be intersting , i only tested iggrits best vrs leonardos v63 as i knew it pushed rykba 3 hard and just shaded it
the robbo sp versions had creamed rykba single core and realy only ever equalled it over 50 plus games but lost to it it over some short tests though most games were draws
its allways been the case that these compiles do better vrs rykba than each other
and rarly can you see a pattern , one beat fire bird eail another draws vrs it but beats the one that beat it ...

okay as suspected compiles effect on amd cpu may have caused glitz
i redid test after finding games in saved games data base and relized id used ivanhoe vezione 999963 and saw allthough robbo had won them all the games were very short so annalised some and they were clearly unfinished and as good as even low scores,,,ergo time loses

redid after rebooting and tested off line after checking fritz bench mark was correct as compiles do knock it for a six when on line as well so ill post them then add link here

I don't know if I understood your posts me4u. I'm not saying that Robbo is stronger than Ivanhoe i'm only saying that in my tests (one core!) robbo 0.09 wins by a narrow distance to Ivanhoe.
When you raise the number of cores (2,4,8...) Ivanhoe is the king of computer chess!
Jazz posted the reasons of those results and it made sense.
And I don't think that my Ivanhoe had that bug, the diference was small between the engines. I'm not sure about let the engines play more games because one thing is drawing and the other is losing in a 60 games tourney.

i ran the tests to show that this Yuri's a muppet not for any other reasons realy , ive supported robbo and igorrit and slated ivanhoe and firebird for being weaker than them though iggorit has allways been strongest engine before ivan v63 came along
as re the big no i doubt you had it as it seems to hit amd 955 and 965 the hardest and i p[osted how the affected games generaly look,
perhaps some compiles on 1 core are just no match for robbo it was the strongest sp engine ever after all but only a muppet would have robbo and igorrit over ivan v63 in a list of top 10 engines its just a simple fact that as re mp engines ivan is # 1 and rykba is a close # 2


ps if yuri is yuri Gudzovatiy id want a second opinion if he posted i was a guy from uk , he's as bent as a 9 euro note and as straight as a cork screw
