I used Exp. 42 Material values, this values give Rybka 4 higher rating about 35 ELO, maybe the same thing is happening with IvanHoe T0.7, in the beta tests i see very good Result

If ahmed had found a way of giveing rykba 4 a 35 elo increase hed be negotiating with vas to sell it to rykba as it would re establish rykba as the worlds strongest engine
