Many testers suggest better engine parameters for variouse engines ,Do they improve on the default parameters ?

Hi i have re tuned the settings more changes but I know for certain this
is best and have done 50 5 min games beats stockfish 2.11 and currently
challenging Houdini 1.5a
see attachment for games , play thru them nice stuff. So now I am proud
