the answer's are simple but also complicated, the (Sobel) was /is her mothers maiden name, the ? is self explanatory , the ¿ ones reason is two fold , upside down is used by certain other nationalities of which Bettina was closely associated with ,ie Adan Kashoggi. its also used as the compilers do not allow an ordinary ? to be used when naming compiles
She is of course also her namesake the engine, named both to honor her and send out an S.O.S to her or any that knew / know her
The engines ..
We are eternally grateful to our compiler and would like to make certain things known about the actual compiles..
They are "unashamedly" IPPOLIT source code based and we shall forever acknowledge this
They will evolve and have already begun to , as revolutionary and different ideas are tested , one such is that the aim is to have the compiles not only identify the users cpu but optimize itself to eek out the very performance specific to each users hardware (layman's terminology ) we are not better able to express and have no intention of giving help to those that plagiarize IPPOLIT without fully acknowledging there debt to them
